Folyóirat reklamálás

A központosított folyóirat beszerzés és reklamálás során többször előfordul, hogy a könyvtáraktól késve érkezik a jelzés, hogy valamely folyóirat egy-egy száma nem érkezett meg.

Szakdolgozatok formátumának korrigálása

Az egyes dokumentumok bibliográfiai rekordjának elkészítése során az eddig használt formátumok nem minden esetben egyeznek a MARC21 által előírtakkal. Az ELTE könyvtáraiban összesen 16 féle formátumot használunk a megengedett 6 helyett.

Az ELTE Digitális Intézményi Tudástárban (EDIT) elhelyezett IKR szabályzatok, segédletek dokumentumainak felülvizsgálata, érvényességének ellenőrzése megtörtént.

Beiratkozási nyomtatványok rendelése

Magyar és angol nyelvű beiratkozási lap, ELTE olvasójegy, olvasói és példány vonalkód rendelhető az Egyetemi Könyvtárból a vietorisz.gabriella@lib.elte.hu címen.
Példány vonalkód rendelése estén kérjük megadni a kezdő számot, amely az adott könyvtár esetében folyamatos, nem gyűjteményeként számolandó, a vonalkódra írandó szöveget (ékezet nélkül, maximum 25 karakter) és azt, hogy a vonalkód egy- vagy kétpéldányos legyen.
Árak: beiratkozási űrlap (magyar és angol): 13,3 Ft/db, olvasójegy: 4,3 Ft/db, vonalkód: 0,9 Ft/db.
A fizetés előirányzat módosítással történik, melyet a megrendelés teljesítése után a kérő könyvtár indít el.

Konzultációs időpont az Egyetemi Könyvtár és Levéltár Gyűjteményszervezési Osztályán szerdánként 10-től 12 óráig. Jelentkezés: az ikr@lib.elte.hu e-mail címen a konzultációs nap előtt.

Tisztelt Könyvtár Szolgálat! A SciFinder adatbázis elérésével kapcsolatban érdeklődöm. Egyetemi hálózatról próbáltam belépni, a bejelentkezéshez caesar azonosítót és jelszót megadva, de nem működött. Hogy tudnám a legegyszerűbben elérni az adatbázist?
