Gyakran ismételt kérdések

  • Ki hagyja jóvá a felvitt tételeket?
    Az első a szerzői jóváhagyás szintje. A szerzői jóváhagyás megtétele jelzi az adminisztrátorok felé, hogy a helyesnek tartott adatok lettek rögzítve.
  • A tudománymetriai táblázat miért a nem lektoráltak vagy egyebek között jeleníti meg a lektorált szakcikkemet?
    Ebben az esetben a folyóirat lektoráltsága még nincs beállítva az MTMT-ben. Az alábbiak valamelyike alapján kell jelezni a fórumban vagy egy e-mailben a központi adminisztrációnak a lektoráltságot: a folyóiratot 1. WoS, SCOPUS, PubMed indexálja; 2. szerepel a SCImago adatbázisában, van SJR értéke; 3. szerepel az ERIH és/vagy ERIH Plus listában (https://dbh.nsd.uib.no/publiseringskanaler/erihplus); 4. szerepel a DOAJ listán; 5. az Ulrich' s és a folyóirat honlapja szerint lektorált és indexeli nagyobb adatbázis; 6. MTA osztálylistán: A, B, C vagy INT1, INT2, NAT kategóriás. 
    Amennyiben a folyóirat a fentiek egyikének sem felel meg, forduljon az MTA szakterületileg illetékes osztályához, bizottságához, s az ő pozitív elbírálásuk esetén megtörténik a beállítás. Szerkesztőségi igazolást jelenleg nem fogadnak el. 
  • Szakdolgozatot, TDK dolgozatot is fel kell vinni a rendszerbe?
    Igen, az „Egyéb” főtípuson belül a „Diplomamunka, szakdolgozat, TDK dolgozat” besorolások szolgálnak erre. A jellege tudományos.
  • Hogyan rögzítsem az online formában megjelent publikációmat?
    Ugyanolyan besorolási típussal visszük fel, mint ha nyomtatott lenne, csak a „Digitális”-nál az "igen" rádiógombot állítjuk be. A jóváhagyáshoz szükséges az oldalszám helyett valamilyen azonosítót találni (javasoltam az url utolsó perjel utáni részét), majd azt beírni a „Közleményazonosító (ArtNo)” mezőbe.
  • Miért nem tudom szerkeszteni vagy törölni a publikációmat?
    Mert a társszerző a tulajdonosa, illetve törölni azt a közleményt sem lehet, amelyhez könyvfejezet vagy konferenciacikk tartozik, vagy túl van a 90 napos felviteli határidőn. A probléma megoldásában a kari MTMT támogató könyvtárosok tudnak segíteni: https://konyvtar.elte.hu/hu/mtmt.
  • Felölthetem-e a publikációm teljes szövegét?
    Nem, az MTMT-s leírásban csak a teljes szövegre mutató link helyezhető el. Az ELTE-n a 6/2012. (II. 23.) számú  rektori utasítás értelmében az ELTE Digitális Intézményi Tudástár (EDIT) intézményi repozitóriumba kell feltölteni a teljes szöveget. 
  • Az MTMT-be csak azt a publikációmat vihetem be, aminek szerzője vagy szerkesztője vagyok?
    Nem. Fordító, forráskiadás készítője, kollaborációs közreműködő, bibliográfia összeállító stb. közreműködői funkcióban is feltölthető publikáció, a További szerzőségek beállítási lehetőségének használatával.

Vodkát nem tartunk a könyvtárban, de például az Egyetemi Könyvtár közelében számos vendéglátóhely található. :)

Tisztelt Könyvtár Szolgálat! A SciFinder adatbázis elérésével kapcsolatban érdeklődöm. Egyetemi hálózatról próbáltam belépni, a bejelentkezéshez caesar azonosítót és jelszót megadva, de nem működött. Hogy tudnám a legegyszerűbben elérni az adatbázist?
