A Bíró Xavér Ferenc szent életű jezsuita által alapított Korda Könyvkiadót a Jézus Szíve Népleányai Társasága (mai nevén Jézus Szíve Társaság) működtette. Az egyik legjelentősebb könyvkiadó vállalat volt a két világháború között, amikor a magyar katolikus élet megújhodását élte. Az 1919-es alapításától 1950-ig, a szerzetesrendek feloszlatásáig számos lelkiségi, a családot és az ifjúságot segítő kiadványt készített saját nyomdájában, és terjesztett az ország sok helyén működő boltjaiban.

Vodkát nem tartunk a könyvtárban, de például az Egyetemi Könyvtár közelében számos vendéglátóhely található. :)

Tisztelt Könyvtár Szolgálat! A SciFinder adatbázis elérésével kapcsolatban érdeklődöm. Egyetemi hálózatról próbáltam belépni, a bejelentkezéshez caesar azonosítót és jelszót megadva, de nem működött. Hogy tudnám a legegyszerűbben elérni az adatbázist?
