Porzó, alias Ágai Adolf nemigen volt az Egyetemi Könyvtár 1873-76 között emelt új épületének lelkes pártolója. Van ilyen. „Még egy régi épületet vesztett ez a tér” – írta. „Kimozdította helyéből Budapestnek egyik legotrombább középülete: az Egyetemi Könyvtár „palotája”. A régi is ugyanezt a célt szolgálta. Pálma-ágakkal díszes, finoman tagozott tympanonját kegyetlen kézzel döntötték le.

Digitalizált kisnyomtatványok az ELTE Digitális Intézményi Tudástárban (EDIT)

"Örömmel tudatjuk tisztelt Olvasóinkkal, hogy könyvtárunk egyik jelentős állományát képező kisnyomtatvány-gyűjtemény is digitalizálásra kerül! A gyűjtemény magában foglalja mind a „füzetalakú kisnyomtatványok” (alkalmi versek és beszédek, röpiratok, iskolai értesítők, egyesületi jelentések, alapszabályok stb.), mind pedig az „aprónyomtatványok” (röplapok, meghívók, plakátok, stb.) körét. A nyomtatványok nagy többsége különleges könyvészeti és komoly forrásértékkel bír.

Digitalizált kódexek az ELTE Digitális Intézményi Tudástárban (EDIT)

Örömmel tájékoztatjuk kedves használóinkat, hogy újabb digitalizált kódexekkel gyarapodott az ELTE Digitális Intézményi Tudástár (EDIT). Az Egyetemi Könyvtár összesen 185 tételből álló értékes kódexgyűjteményének így jelenleg közel a fele, 80 kódex lapozható virtuálisan a repozitóriumban. Az elérhető kódexek között találhatunk többek között latin, magyar, olasz, szláv és arab nyelvűeket is. A most felkerültek közt szerepel egy corvina is (Cod. Lat. 13.), amely Suetonius Caesarok élete c.

"A Nemzeti Kulturális Alap a Nemzeti Erőforrás Minisztérium miniszterének döntése alapján 2011-ben indította el a Márai-programot. A program célja a nemzeti kultúrkincs megőrzésén túl az olvasáskultúra fejlesztése, melynek értelmében a hazai és a határon túli magyar kiadók által megjelentetett, értéket képviselő könyveket igyekeznek minél több olvasóhoz eljuttatni a hazai és a határon túli könyvtárakon keresztül.

Tisztelt Könyvtár Szolgálat! A SciFinder adatbázis elérésével kapcsolatban érdeklődöm. Egyetemi hálózatról próbáltam belépni, a bejelentkezéshez caesar azonosítót és jelszót megadva, de nem működött. Hogy tudnám a legegyszerűbben elérni az adatbázist?
