"Tengerbe esett aranyló zöld levél – Ciprus, a szeretet és az álom földje”

"Az ELTE Egyetemi Könyvtár Dísztermében rendezt e meg a Ciprusi Nagykövetség 2016. május 31 - én az első magyarorsz ági Görög Nyelv és Kultúra Napját , a Görög Nyelv és Kultúra Világnapjának bejegyzése alkalmából. Az ünnepség keretében bemutatásra került az Egyetemi Könyvtár egyik féltett kincse , a hazánkban őrzött legrégebbi illusztr ált, valószínűleg a 10. és 11. század fordulóján Bizáncban másolt görög nyelvű kódex. " Az MTV1 Esély című műsorának 2016. június 11 - ei adásában Franyó Borbála hallássérült kollégánk sikertörténetét mutatták be, aki az ELTE Egyetemi Könyvtárban dolgozik könyvtárosként és esélyegyenlőségi koordinátorként segítőkutyájával, az ötéves Borzassal. Segítőkutyája támogatja a munkavégzés során: figyelmezteti azokra a hangokra, amelyek Borbála számára nehezen észlelhetőek.

"A marosvásárhelyi Petru Maior Egyetem tiszteletbeli doktori címet adományozott Dr. Szögi László történésznek, az ELTE Egyetemi Könyvtár nyugalmazott főigazgatójának. Az elismerést a kortárs történetírás területén végzett kiemelkedő színvonalú tudományos és szakmai munkájáért, valamint Erdély modern kori történelmének megismeréséhez való hozzájárulásáért vehette át korábbi főigazgatónk, a ki 1995 - től 2013 - ig vezette az Egyetemi Könyvtárt. A marosvásárhelyi elismerésről további információkat itt találhat."

Akadémiai tartalmak eduID-s azonosítással

"A szokásos IP alapú azonosítás mellett mostantól az Akadémiai folyóiratok ( http://www.akademiai.com ), valamint az Akadémiai szótárak ( https://shibboleth.szotar.org ) eduID - s azonosítással is elérhetők az ELTE polgárok számára. Így távoli használat esetén nincs szükség VPN vagy Stunnel használatra. A részletek megtekinthetők a csatolt brossúrán. Csatolt fájl: ak_shibboleth_16.jpg"

" A március ban indult sorozat folytatásaként 2016. június 22 -én (szerda) 14 órától Szabó Judit osztja meg a skóciai Saint Andrews Egyetem Könyvtárában szerzett tapasztalatait a hálózat könyvtárosaival. Vodkát nem tartunk a könyvtárban, de például az Egyetemi Könyvtár közelében számos vendéglátóhely található. :)

Tisztelt Könyvtár Szolgálat! A SciFinder adatbázis elérésével kapcsolatban érdeklődöm. Egyetemi hálózatról próbáltam belépni, a bejelentkezéshez caesar azonosítót és jelszót megadva, de nem működött. Hogy tudnám a legegyszerűbben elérni az adatbázist?
